In 'Kairos', the precarious nature of work-life balance manifests in its most extreme form; literal life or death triggered by productivity rates. Add the pressures of raising a rambunctious child alone and the main protagonist, Greg Chen, now faces the perfect concoction of disasters waiting to happen. The bombs implanted into employees' wrists is the culmination of corporate overreach and the complete dissolution of free will. No one's time is truly theirs anymore.
